VM-process Part 1 (2 days)

- Coaching - what is it and practical exercises

VM-process Part 2 (2 days)

- To be a coach and to use coaching - the new coaching-paradigm, continued training through coaching conversations
- Known and unknown patterns that influence individual, group and organization
- Self-knowledge, self-esteem, and self-confidence
- Common base, with a focus on values needed for the creation of a common future
- Vision as a concept and possibility

VM-process Part 3 (2 days)

Example of content:

- A dynamic teamwork that can transform vision into reality
- The dialogue as a developmental tool
- The power of having ownership of my choices
- The importance of keeping communication- and educational process alive
- Support to handle gaps and challenges in coaching
- Life in harmony
