Coaching has today become a more and more common expression.
We have personal coaches, business coaches, mental coaches,
life coaches - yes we have coaches for anything we can think
of.
What is coaching?
Coaching means "help to help yourself." It means that the person
I am coaching owns both the problem and the solution at all times. I,
as a coach, support the person to dare look for the answers inside her
self and in the end; she will be able to coach herself.
What we want to offer You is the base for coaching. Coaching is
a way of life, a way of communicating. Then base consequently mean that
I understand how I communicate, listen and speak. Are there different
ways of communicating? How are our preconceived opinions, our "little
voice" or inner voice, our ways of communicating?
We will also cover the cornerstones of coaching. The way I as
a coach should think and act in order to coach someone else. This is also
to make it possible for me to be sure that person I am to coach actually
wants to/dare to be coached.
Through lectures, exercises, individual as well as in groups,
you will in one day receive the base to the tool coaching; the first step
towards working, acting and living as a coach.
