Vision
and goals are important for us all. Both enable us to understand why
we should prioritize things.
For us there is a big difference between vision and goal. Included in the vision, beside goals, are our CORE VALUES.
Vision is like a search engine. It gives direction, speed, and creates
the Motivation necessary to stimulate an improved performance.
It is important that goals are measurable and don't have any form of
subjectivity linked to it.
When goals are added for a team or a company it is essential that you
add individual goals as well so that everyone involved can feel connected
to the whole.
