Our
experience tells us that there is an unused potential of
at least 25% in each individual and in every team. With
the help of coaching, one can create an awareness of this.
During the last couple of years coaching has become more
and more common in society; strong teams are being developed
in an environment of ever tougher and harder competition.
Traditional leadership does not work as well these days
when efficiency is more in demand than ever. Stress increases
the numbers of people on sick leave but we are convinced
that we can lower the level by working different ways, building
a common base for our core values and by learning how to
coach each other.
Since we live in a global world with rapid and big changes
it has become an ever greater challenge to build strong
and successful teams. When we succeed with this not only
will the profit of the company increase, it will also generate
more satisfied co-workers.
