All these exist in society, also in your team. The main thing is not to allow the red - the opponent within the team - to rule. One red is enough for 10 - 15 others to feel bad and underachieve. If you are a leader/manager it is a requirement that you are green otherwise it's a great risk that someone else but you is leading the team.
