Our brain is fantastic; just like our computer, it translates everything we think, see, hear and feel to pictures.
That means that we all the time create new pictures in every meeting with people or situation we are in. These pictures can be positive or negative - there are no neutral pictures. The vital thing, within business as well as in our private life, is to have clear and explicit pictures of WHAT we shall achieve, HOW we shall achieve it and last, but not least, WHY we should achieve it.
We mean that the picture must contain CORE VALUES (How), VISION (Why) and GOAL (What).
