shall I/we do? How shall I/we do it? Why shall I/we do it and for whom?
Now we arrived at most important thing that drives us human beings;
MOTIVATION!
After finalizing the picture motivation should be at a peak. The current situation has been determined as has the plan for the realization of the vision.
Consequently it's "just" to get started and face
the expectations. No shortcuts exist. There will be hard
work for everyone. No lame excuses can be accepted if we
want to reach our picture.
With a warm feeling of togetherness and where every individual
is PROUD over her/his role of the team, there are no obstacles!
